Key responsibilities & impact
  • Driving sales growth and increasing net hearing instrument market share
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with hearing care professionals
  • Consistently achieving or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual net sales quotas
  • Executing a strategic territory business plan
  • Maintaining expert-level knowledge of products to support consultative sales conversations
  • Documenting all customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce CRM
  • Engaging customers to resolve quality or service issues
  • Representing at customer events and conferences as a subject matter expert

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Doctor of Audiology (AuD) preferred
  • 3+ years of medical device or healthcare industry sales experience required
  • Clinical audiology or hearing healthcare experience preferred
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and territory growth objectives
  • Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access
  • Must have experience with database management
