About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan and deliver high-quality customer and internal events
Own selected events end-to-end and support larger programs
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand objectives, target audiences, and key messages
Coordinate venues, vendors, logistics, registration, and attendee communications
Manage event budgets and provide input to the Director of Events on budget planning
Conduct post-event evaluations and recommend improvements for future events

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, communications, hospitality, business, or related field
3+ years of experience in planning and executing industry events (conferences, tradeshows, internal meetings)
Project Management experience is preferred
Administrative experience is preferred
Experience in medical device and/or hearing industry a plus
Proficiency with event management and registration platforms (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite or similar)
Comfortable with collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Asana)
