About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and deliver projects with clear scope, timelines, and deliverables
Drive initiatives end-to-end, coordinating stakeholders across teams
Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery and document implementations
Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Share accountability for team deliverables
Continuously improve agile processes, reporting, and planning accuracy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experienced Scrum Master
Project management experience for small to mid-sized projects
Experience as a Zendesk administrator and/or automating processes with no-code/low-code tools
Strong skills in structuring work, planning, follow-up, and documentation
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a hands-on mindset
Strong communicator in English, both written and spoken, able to work with stakeholders across regions
