About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify customer prospects within large, decentralized complex Global accounts
  • Utilize solution sales process and CRM to manage customer opportunity pipeline
  • Develop and leverage reseller and strategic alliance partnerships
  • Manage individual OPEX within annual finance guidelines
  • Establish professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Manage account planning process for assigned Global customers
  • Regularly assess customer needs and coordinate engagement of support staff
  • Help customers identify product use cases and deliver customized solutions
  • Initiate discussions regarding trends affecting success and recommend solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business
  • Minimum 7-10 years of National or Global End Customer sales experience
  • Experience selling through indirect channels
  • Demonstrated experience presenting to groups and ‘C’ level contacts
  • Telecommunication/Technology experience
  • Enterprise Account Management and Sales Project Management experience is beneficial
  • International experience
