About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and manage relationships with key channel partners, resellers, and distributors within the territory
- Create and enact a regional sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets
- Educate and certify channel partners on Jabra’s product portfolio and industry trends
- Identify market opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions
- Track and analyze partner performance metrics and report progress to the management team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in audio, video, or related technology industries
- Consistent skill in managing channel partners and promoting revenue growth
- Must reside within the assigned geographic territory
- Comprehensive understanding of regional market dynamics and partner ecosystems
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales forecasting, and pipeline management
- Ability to travel as needed within the territory
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is desirable.
