About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support global program management in partnership with Lead Global Account Manager(s) for selected Global and/or International Enterprise customers
  • Coordinate account activities across internal and external stakeholder groups
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and follow-up on market trends, sales performance, and product transitions
  • Support the development of regional and global customer strategies
  • Coordinate account planning activities and customer presentations
  • Lead projects related to large bids, proposals, and commercial opportunities
  • Perform pricing simulations, evaluate assumptions, and prepare pricing requests for senior management review
  • Support contract negotiations and ongoing contract management activities
  • Contribute to the optimization of work processes and implementation of best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, sales project management, or other sales-related activities
  • Experience in the tech enterprise market
  • Solid understanding of account management, Unified Communications and collaboration tools, and Contact Centre technologies
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities
  • Capable of understanding and managing global, regional, and cultural differences
  • Advanced Excel user
  • Proficiency with MS365 and CRM system(s)
  • Experienced in commercial contract handling and legal matters
  • Fluent in English (both oral and written)
  • Documented knowledge and usage of AI tools (Ex: ChatGPT or other)
