About the role
- Train and coach sellers and sales leaders in the EMEA region
- Organize and facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions
- Deploy role-specific sales playbooks
- Partner with regional leaders to improve performance
- Collaborate with global teams to develop training content
Requirements
- Experience in sales enablement, training, or sales operations within a B2B environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to coach others and facilitate project advancements
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools, such as LMS and eLearning authoring tools
- Fluency in English and German
