Product Designer

• Apply current instructional design theory, research, and best practices to create training products, learning experiences, and workshops
• Manage instructional design projects from inception to completion, using structured project plans and timelines
• Track progress and provide regular project status updates
• Assess learner needs and design e-learning courses, blended learning, microlearning, simulations, gamification, guides, infographics, job aids, and coaching
• Contribute to planning documents such as training plans and storyboards
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and validate content
• Utilize audio, video, simulations, and gamification to create immersive, interactive, and accessible learning experiences
• Build assessments to gauge attainment of critical skills and evaluate training effectiveness
• Support new product launches, updates, and software releases that impact learners
• Design learning for both internal colleagues and external customers, including Hearing Care Professionals
