About the role
- Plan and execute integrated digital and social media campaigns that align with global strategy
- Serve as the primary liaison with external digital agencies
- Drive campaign operations
- Implement and optimize paid social and display campaigns
- Develop and maintain regional content and paid media calendars
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance
- Apply test-and-learn methodology
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with global guidelines
- Support occasional events, product launches, and sales enablement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital and social media marketing; proven experience working directly with digital agencies
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Practical experience with social ad platforms and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; position may be remote within the U.S.; Eastern Time Zone preferred
