As our Product Manager, you’ll deliver our products and create positive customer experience using your expert level of knowledge of our software products.
You will manage the critical guest and asset data that forms the backbone of our operations.
In your partnership, you will address questions; help configure our software and work directly with customers to ensure successful end-to-end management from launch through to post-event reporting via our product solutions.
Our products operate in support of data and asset management at some of the world’s largest events including the Super Bowl, the Olympic & Paralympic Games, FIFA World Cup, Formula 1 and more!
To thrive in this role, you must be highly organized, a natural self-starter, and solution-oriented, with the passion to help build and grow this program.
Please note this is a temporary position through July 2026.
Requirements
Product Management. You will manage product delivery process and provide timelines based on standard offerings¸ You understand web/mobile app development process and the associated technologies.
Customer Advocate. You’re a customer advocate always listening to new opportunities to improve our products. You will liaise with the Customer Success Team and Engineering teams to remediate platform issues and provide clear, detailed descriptions of any problems customers are facing. You will also support customer integration and onboarding.
Technical expertise. You have experience supporting Saas software products. You are comfortable with HTML coding and API.
Self-starter. You’re self-motivated, proactive, flexible, adaptable, resourceful and accountable.
Flexibility. Although we are a virtual-first team, you must be willing to travel for up to six weeks during the summer of 2026. You also can adapt and respond to changes in a rapidly changing environment.
