About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • provide day-to-day support for a client’s partnership portfolio across professional sports, NCAA, and venues
  • manage a portfolio of sports partnerships (e.g., teams, venues, conferences, leagues)
  • execute partnership elements
  • analyze performance and evolve partnership strategy
  • collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to maximize the impact of sponsorship investments
  • deliver meaningful fan engagement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • at least 2 years of relevant experience in sports sponsorship strategy, partnership marketing, or account management
  • strong understanding of the sports business landscape including leagues, conferences, teams, venues, fans, and sponsors
  • analytical mindset
  • comfort interpreting data
  • strong client-facing communication skills
  • ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, properties, agency teams, and third-party vendors
  • experience across partnership functions including activation strategy, measurement frameworks, portfolio strategy, and contract negotiation highly preferred
  • willing to work outside of standard business hours when needed
  • willing to travel as needed including occasional weekends to support partnership management
