About the role

  • Serve as the communication liaison between client consulting team and internal teams supporting global event and hospitality programs
  • Support senior project manager on multiple medium to large sized projects across a portfolio of service needs
  • Manage day-to-day project operations, plan and forecast, and maintain project and financial reporting
  • Identify at-risk projects, address/escalate issues, and manage end-to-end workflows and change management
  • Create project estimates and statements of work (SOWs) with SME input
  • Monitor project financials, identify potential overruns, and take corrective action
  • Develop program roadmaps and tactical plans
  • Lead and support a team of project associates and participate in their career development
  • Collaborate with the Enablement Office to establish best practice processes and partner with Resource Planner to assign team members based on scope, budget, and timeline
  • Implement project management tools and methodologies across workflows (Agile, Kanban, Workfront)

Requirements

  • Experienced project manager skilled in project planning, estimating, scenario planning, and detailed scoping of multi-workstream programs
  • General understanding of project lifecycle from new business to reconciliation
  • Ability to manage day-to-day operations, plan, and forecast, and maintain project and financial reporting procedures
  • Ability to create project estimates and SOWs based on SME input
  • Monitor project financials to identify potential overruns and take corrective action
  • Experience with global event or hospitality programs preferred
  • Team leadership experience to lead and support project associates and participate in career development
  • Familiarity with project and program management concepts and tools such as Agile, Kanban, Workfront, and product management
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; act as liaison between client consulting team and internal teams
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones, domestically and/or internationally
