About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, analyze, and mitigate emerging auto insurance fraud trends
- Leverage advanced analytics, predictive modeling, AI tools, and investigative techniques
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop monitoring systems and optimize fraud detection models
- Support investigations and deliver actionable insights to improve operational effectiveness
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years of Special Investigation Unit (SIU) and/or Major Case investigation experience in auto insurance required
- 2+ years of professional business analytics experience required
- 2+ years of experience using SQL and/or Power BI preferred
- 2+ years of experience in insurance fraud analytics preferred
- Experience utilizing Claims Fraud Detection platform strongly preferred
- Must hold current Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines License in at least (1) U.S. State or be able to obtain within 30 days of start date
- Advanced understanding of current SIU investigation techniques and data analytic methods, including uses and applications of AI-based programs
- Industry knowledge of leading fraud analytics software and uses of various fraud detection products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
