About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for all operational elements of the business
- Accountable for the integrity of financial transactions in partnership with accounting
- Accurate execution of dealer incentive and advance programs
- Driving enterprise process automation to scale operational efficiency and control
- Acts as the named contract manager for GM Protection primary product suppliers, directing vendor governance, service-level performance, and administration
- Responsible for mentoring, coaching, and development of operations team members
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive knowledge of corporate functions such as finance, legal/compliance, operations, strategic planning, product/ brand management, administration and managing suppliers
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of automotive F&I Industry preferred
- Familiarity with underwriting, actuarial, claims administration, pricing/rating, reinsurance and other insurance operating concepts preferred
- Experience with audit and regulatory compliance
- Thorough computer knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge required
- Greater than 10 years experience in Business Operations, Customer Operations, Sales and Contract Management Pref
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline Required
- Master’s Degree (MBA in business administration / management) Preferred
