Key responsibilities & impact

Support critical services, emphasizing environment architecture/re-architecture and task automation
Mentorship of lower level engineers
Document managed environments
Perform evening and weekend deployments
Maintain ticketing queues, audit and compliance remediation
Balance multiple projects across teams
Senior escalation for after-hours production issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

7-10 years of experience managing Windows servers and/or related infrastructure preferred
Experience working in large enterprise preferred
Experience with Agile/Scrum processes and techniques preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work or military experience preferred
Job related certifications preferred
