About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end recruiting for senior technology roles, including but not limited to engineering, data, digital, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture leadership
- Partner with senior leaders and HR to align hiring with business priorities, leadership gaps, and succession plans
- Build and maintain executive talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market engagement
- Provide market insights, including talent trends, competitor intelligence, and compensation benchmarking
- Assess candidates for leadership capability, cultural fit, and long-term potential
- Manage the full hiring process, including stakeholder alignment, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
- Oversee external search partners, ensuring quality and performance standards
- Strengthen recruiting effectiveness by improving tools, processes, and best practices, while coaching team members
Requirements
What you’ll need- Greater than 10 years experience in talent acquisition and/or human resources Req
- 3-5 years leading through mentorship in related field Req
- 3-5 years leading projects and initiatives Req
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Required
