Total Loss Adjuster

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Investigate, evaluate, and manage low to moderately complex auto claims
- Determine coverage, assess liability, and negotiate fair settlements
- Ensure compliance with state regulations
- Guide customers through the total loss process
- Collaborate with internal and external partners
- Use strong communication, technical, and problem-solving skills to resolve claims
- Support business objectives by effectively managing claims
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in an inbound phone-intensive, contact center environment using a headset
- Knowledge of how to build lasting relationships with internal and external customers and business partners
- Computer literacy in a Windows operation environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to implement and adapt to rapid change
- Creative, innovative and forward-thinking mindset
- Able to navigate and work in multiple systems simultaneously
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
- 1+ years of claims adjusting experience required
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- 1 year of customer contact experience preferred
- Current Insurance Adjuster License required
