About the role

  • **In this role you will:**
  • - Collaborate with Servicing operational and administrative management
  • - Ensure efficiencies and excellence in daily functions
  • - Perform reporting, ad hoc data mining, and analytical functions as needed to support information requests from all Servicing departments
  • - Utilize best practices of data analysis and validation to ensure data results are accurate
  • - Enhance knowledge of operational and portfolio metrics to assess risk
  • - Conduct data and business analysis utilizing data mining and spreadsheet skills
  • - Communicate findings, develop recommendations, and present analyses to management in a clear, concise, convincing, and actionable format
  • - Represent Servicing Analytics in enterprise projects

  • - Normal hybrid office/home environment subject to stressful situations
  • - Flexible schedule with possibility of working long hours including weekends/holidays, occasional overtime or split shifts may be required
  • - Limited travel may be required to support business needs
  • - Strong focus on providing quality service to internal and external customers
  • **Work Experience & Education**
  • - 0-2 years of experience working with data mining tools such as SQL required
  • - 1-3 years of experience querying large multi-table datasets and data presentation preferred
  • - 0-2 years of experience in consumer loan/lease portfolio servicing analysis preferred
  • - High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • - Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required
  • - Master’s Degree in MIS, Finance, Economics, or Business preferred**
