About the role
- The Total Rewards Senior Analyst serves as a subject matter expert in compensation and benefits, supporting the design, analysis, administration, and compliance of GM Financial’s total rewards programs.
- This role combines financial analysis, market research, and regulatory expertise to ensure competitive, compliant, and cost‑effective compensation and benefit offerings.
- The Sr Analyst partners closely with HR, Accounting, IT, and business leaders to drive process improvements, support strategic initiatives, and deliver clear insights that inform decision‑making across the organization.
Requirements
- 4-6 yrs experience in the Human Resources field, preferably within compensation or benefits; comparable or equivalent related experience considered; working towards CCP, CBP certification Req
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Associate Degree
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or in related field or equivalent work experience Preferred
- Master’s Degree
- Administrative and clerical procedures
- Knowledge of salary surveys
- Market pricing and analysis
- United States State and Federal regulatory compliance
- Strong knowledge of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, modeling, vlook-ups)
- Employee benefits administration
- Strong software applications (eg, Outlook, Word, Excel, Lotus, Access, Internet, Email)
