About the role
- Lead, manage, mentor, and build an extremely talented software engineering team
- Partner with architects, product owners, and software engineers to drive the implementation of new applications
- Work within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across our full stack
- Manage third party staff augmentation firms
- Foster a culture of continuous delivery and improvement
- Define and evangelize enterprise policies, standards and position statements
- Grow subject matter experts to produce resilient, scalable software
Requirements
- Greater than 10 years in software development field required
- 5-7 years leading projects or initiatives through influence required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent work experience require
