  • The Global Supply Chain team drives centralized planning, sourcing, delivery and build for all components, parts, modules, CAPEX, services, software, and tools for prototype, engineering builds, and production. We work closely with vehicle hardware, vehicle software, autonomy, robot infrastructure, product teams and a diverse set of suppliers and partners to design, development, manufacture and deploy Glydcars and Glydways system.\n
  • Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the development of long-term strategic plans for global supply chain, ensuring alignment with company objectives and growth strategies.\n
  • Analyze market trends, supply chain performance data, and emerging technologies to provide actionable insights that optimize cost, efficiency, and supply chain continuity.\n
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of supply chain operations and identify areas for improvement.\n
  • Analyze and optimize cost structures across the supply chain, identifying opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining service levels.\n
  • Provide insights on cost drivers and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive cost reduction initiatives.\n
  • Lead BOM analysis to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with production and procurement strategies.\n
  • Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to optimize BOM structures, reducing complexity and cost where possible.\n
  • Implement and streamline BOM management processes, order management and improve product lifecycle management.\n
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of local and federal regulations impacting the supply chain, ensuring full compliance with relevant laws, including Buy American Act and other regulatory requirements.\n
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure all suppliers and sourcing decisions meet the necessary regulatory standards.\n
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure the company adheres to domestic sourcing requirements, including supporting audits and maintaining necessary documentation.\n
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Bachelor’s and / or Master’s degree in engineering, supply chain management or a related field. MBA is a plus.\n
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, analytics, or supply chain management, with a focus on cost analysis, market research, and regulatory compliance.\n
  • Strong experience in data analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling related to supply chain operations.\n
  • In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, order management systems, and BOM structures.\n
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and influence teams across functions.\n
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements, including Buy American Act and other local/federal regulations.\n
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s and / or Master’s degree in engineering, supply chain management or a related field. MBA is a plus.\n
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, analytics, or supply chain management, with a focus on cost analysis, market research, and regulatory compliance.\n
