About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end design for the Out-of-Home Portal and data intelligence surfaces, from problem framing through post-launch iteration
Shape product direction, roadmap and prioritization with Out-of-Home Product Leadership
Translate complex operational flows and business logic into information architecture, interaction design and visual experiences
Run discovery and research with operational teams across markets
Use qualitative, quantitative and behavioral evidence to decide what to build and measure impact
Build high-quality prototypes using AI and validate design decisions with users and engineers
Contribute to the multi-platform design system and build scalable components
Present design work and rationale to product, engineering, operations and leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years designing complex software, including data-heavy, workflow-driven products for professional users
Portfolio demonstrating ambiguous problem-solving, decision reasoning and quality of execution
Portfolio showing how AI appears in the design process
Strong information architecture and systems thinking
Strong visual craft in composition, typography and layout
Strong research skills, including user interviews, field studies, usability testing and synthesis
Track record of close collaboration with engineering teams
Comfortable discussing technical tradeoffs and working within platform constraints
Pragmatic and entrepreneurial approach to balancing craft and shipping
AI-native workflow for synthesis, exploration, copy, data, and generating and testing options
Ability to prototype in code with realistic data using AI-assisted coding tools or front-end frameworks
Interest in how AI and prototyping tools change design-team workflows
Willingness to shape those workflows with the team
