About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support system administration and tool management, including administrative tasks for Wrenly
- Track and manage team inventory and office supplies
- Order beverages, snacks, and office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked and runs smoothly
- Manage the team birthday calendar and other recurring organizational tasks
- Support basic administrative and compliance tasks, including leave tracking and time-off requests
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support for the People & Process Manager
- Support the onboarding process for new employees
- Assist in organizing and executing team events
- Plan, conduct, and analyze internal surveys and, where appropriate, take action based on the results
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in business administration, quality management, psychology, human resources, or a related field OR completed vocational training as a management assistant
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of recurring processes and small projects
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Interest in HR, office management, organizational development, operational excellence, and team dynamics
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence when working with various stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Solution-oriented approach with the ability to ask relevant questions and drive progress
- Availability for at least 20 hours per week and motivation to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
