About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage integration projects: Drive international integration projects end-to-end by coordinating between GLS/NXT and internal or external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and well-structured onboarding process.
  • Ensure successful product adoption: Support customers beyond integration by helping them understand and realize the value of GLS/NXT products through user behavior analysis, feedback loops, and personal sparring.
  • Bridge tech and business: Translate technical requirements into clear deliverables and timelines, ensuring efficient coordination between tech teams, ensuring that the right information reaches the right people at the right time.
  • Improve integration processes: Identify gaps and pain points in the current setup and proactively drive improvements through documentation, tooling, and automation.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships: Build strong, empathetic relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure GLS/NXT is well-represented within the corporate environment.
  • Create visibility and impact: Report on integration progress and outcomes, highlighting key successes and learnings team-internal or to the leadership team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • ≥2 years of experience in integration, implementation, (technical) project management or customer success management in B2B.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and cultures.
  • Fundamental understanding of technical concepts (API, system architecture or digital platform products).
  • Business-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to travel within the EU (10%).
  • Permission to work in Germany.
