About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide need-based administrative support to the People & Business Process Manager
- Support admin and compliance basics, including vacation tracking and time-off requests
- Plan, run, and evaluate internal surveys and act on findings as needed
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
- Support the organization and execution of team events
- Assist with system administration and tool management, including administration of Wrenly
- Maintain the team birthday calendar and other recurring organizational tasks
- Order drinks, snacks, and office supplies, and ensure the office is well-stocked and operating smoothly
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ongoing studies in business administration, quality management, psychology, human resources, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of recurring processes and small projects
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
- Interest in people operations, organizational development, operational excellence, and team dynamics
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging with various stakeholders, including leadership
- Solution-oriented approach with the ability to ask relevant questions and drive progress
- Availability of 15–20 hours per week and motivation to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
