About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide need-based administrative support to the People & Business Process Manager
  • Support admin and compliance basics, including vacation tracking and time-off requests
  • Plan, run, and evaluate internal surveys and act on findings as needed
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires
  • Support the organization and execution of team events
  • Assist with system administration and tool management, including administration of Wrenly
  • Maintain the team birthday calendar and other recurring organizational tasks
  • Order drinks, snacks, and office supplies, and ensure the office is well-stocked and operating smoothly

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ongoing studies in business administration, quality management, psychology, human resources, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of recurring processes and small projects
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English
  • Interest in people operations, organizational development, operational excellence, and team dynamics
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging with various stakeholders, including leadership
  • Solution-oriented approach with the ability to ask relevant questions and drive progress
  • Availability of 15–20 hours per week and motivation to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
