About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and evolve quality standards in close collaboration with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish, track, and analyze quality metrics, proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement of testing processes through automation and modern QA best practices
- Provide guidance on bug tracking, test documentation, test coverage, and defect resolution workflows
- Contribute to test strategies that integrate with CI/CD pipelines and production monitoring
- Support compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards related to product quality and safety.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including Web and Mobile applications
- Proven experience delivering high-quality, consumer-facing products in complex environments
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, test case design, and defect management
- Hands-on experience with automated UI testing frameworks and tools
- Solid experience working with Git, Agile development practices, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions)
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog) to support test coverage, incident analysis, and root cause investigations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear communication and a pragmatic, autonomous working style
- Bonus: Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
- Programming experience in one or more languages (e.g., Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, Python, Go)
- Contributions to QA best practices, internal tooling, or community initiatives.
