About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and drive the end-to-end digital consumer experience for the German market across relevant parcel journey touchpoints, ensuring a seamless, user-centric, and operationally viable experience
- Define and continuously evolve product strategy, priorities, and roadmap for your area based on user needs, business goals, market developments, and operational realities
- Identify customer pain points and growth opportunities through research, data, stakeholder feedback, and operational insights, and translate them into validated product initiatives
- Lead product discovery and delivery in close collaboration with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders, from concept and prioritization to rollout and optimization
- Own and continuously improve the end-to-end product development process, ensuring efficient, effective, and high-quality delivery in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Monitor product performance through KPIs, user feedback, and delivery outcomes, and drive continuous improvement based on measurable impact and learnings
- Communicate product direction, trade-offs, progress, and decisions clearly across teams and stakeholders, while contributing to strong product ways of working within GLS/NXT
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, in digital products, platforms, eCommerce, or other customer-facing environments
- Proven track record of owning product areas end-to-end, from discovery and strategy through delivery and optimization in cross-functional teams
- Strong ability to translate customer needs, business priorities, and operational complexity into clear product direction, actionable requirements, and effective prioritization decisions
- Experience working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders in agile product development environments
- Analytical and data-informed mindset, with experience using qualitative and quantitative insights to evaluate product performance and guide decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse perspectives, navigate ambiguity, and drive topics forward with clarity and ownership
- Business-level proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken, and a valid working permit for Germany
