About the role

  • Channel Development: You build and develop our specialty channels in France: pharmacies, travel retail, online retail and concept stores.
  • Account Management: You manage existing partners and win new customers through compelling pitches and tailored product range proposals.
  • Promotions & Trade Marketing: You plan promotional activities, secondary placements and point-of-sale materials in close collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with marketing, operations, regulatory and e-commerce to ensure smooth execution.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: You spot trends, identify new distribution opportunities and develop strategies tailored to the French market.
  • Trade Shows & Partner Events: You represent Glow25 at industry trade shows and customer meetings across France.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in key account management, ideally with a focus on pharmacies, travel retail or online retail
  • A background in FMCG, beauty or health
  • A structured, self-driven way of working with a strong commercial mindset
  • Fluent French and English; German is a plus
  • Confident use of everyday tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Asana and a CRM system
