About the role
- You develop a consistent campaign strategy based on our business goals, translate it into a clearly prioritized marketing calendar, and ensure that all initiatives are consistently focused on revenue growth — with a particular focus on our CRM channels: Email, WhatsApp and SMS.
- You plan and manage commercial campaigns and events end-to-end, ensure early alignment between all involved teams, and make sure that key initiatives receive the necessary priority across the company.
- You define clear objectives, KPIs and budgets for each campaign, take operational control across all participating functions, and ensure clear assignment of tasks and responsibilities.
- You identify risks early and proactively develop countermeasures to minimize challenges arising from market changes, internal dependencies, or operational hurdles.
- You evaluate campaign results against defined KPIs, conduct structured post-mortem analyses, and develop best practices and playbooks for recurring campaign formats and seasonal sales events.
- You continuously analyze market trends, customer behavior and competitor activities and use these insights to identify new growth opportunities and further develop our strategy.
- You produce robust performance analyses, derive concrete recommendations for action, and communicate them clearly and understandably to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- You have strong German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- You bring several years of experience in strategic marketing planning and project management, ideally in a DTC or e‑commerce environment.
- You can demonstrate proven success in developing and managing campaigns that had a direct impact on revenue and performance.
- You have a deep understanding of CRM and retention mechanics and experience developing and optimizing campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
- You think commercially, prioritize by impact, and understand which levers actually drive growth.
- You work in a structured, analytical and decisive manner while also being pragmatic in execution.
- You have strong communication skills and are able to lead, challenge and align diverse stakeholders toward common goals.
