About the role

  • You create engaging video content for our digital platforms and performance campaigns, including editing, text and sound design.
  • You edit footage provided by our content partners and UGC creators.
  • You develop creative and informative teasers with compelling headlines, descriptions and visual elements.
  • You actively participate in topic research and idea generation.
  • You support the conception and planning of new video formats.
  • You share responsibility for content management — from reviewing and archiving to preparing and uploading content.
  • You shoot independently and have experience with modern video techniques — this work is project-based and not part of your daily routine.

Requirements

  • You have completed training or a degree in Editing, Media Design or Communication Design with a focus on VIDEO — or you can demonstrate strong natural talent in this area.
  • You are proficient in common editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
  • You have a good sense for 2D motion graphics and can quickly implement animations and template adaptations.
  • You also bring experience in color correction and grading.
  • You are enthusiastic about social media and digital trends and are familiar with formats such as TikTok, Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos and Instagram feeds.
  • You enjoy working in a team and are outgoing.
  • Ideally, you also have experience behind the camera.
