About the role

  • You manage the entire product management process with efficiency and foresight, ensuring all relevant product information is readily available at all times, and drive new products from initial concept to successful global launch.
  • You analyze market, trend and consumer data and derive strategic recommendations for our product portfolio.
  • You are responsible for KPI and data analysis and use the insights gained to make well-founded product management decisions.
  • You take ownership of the commercial concept, planning, implementation and launch of new and existing products at a global level.
  • You manage a structured product development process and ensure all stakeholders are aligned at all times.
  • You act as the central interface between internal teams and external partners, ensuring all relevant product information is available and up-to-date.

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.
  • You have at least 5 years of industry-specific experience in a D2C company within the dietary supplements, food or cosmetics sector.
  • You have solid expertise in commercial product development and multi-project management.
  • You possess regulatory knowledge in your area and know how to apply it confidently in practice.
  • You are proficient in Google Workspace.
  • Experience with Asana is desirable.
  • You communicate fluently in German and English (at least C1), both written and spoken.
