About the role
- You prepare and produce regular management reports, ensuring that relevant information is presented clearly and understandably.
- You consolidate and prepare data from multiple sources to enable sound analyses and meaningful reporting.
- You actively support our Senior Controllers in forecasting, planning and FP&A processes.
- You perform ad-hoc analyses and provide valuable decision-making support for Finance and Management.
- You contribute to the development and improvement of our reporting structures and controlling tools and actively participate in our project roadmap.
- You maintain and update reporting files and data sources to keep our figures up to date.
- You support month-end closing and reporting processes, contributing to the reliability of our financial data.
- You perform data checks and quality assurance measures in reporting to ensure data accuracy.
- You coordinate data requests with other departments such as Sales or Operations and act as a reliable point of contact.
- You provide administrative support for controlling and finance projects, for example during tool implementations or reporting improvements.
Requirements
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Economics or a comparable field. A master’s degree with a focus on Finance or Controlling is a strong plus but not required.
- You have initial practical experience in controlling or finance, for example through internships or working-student positions.
- You have basic knowledge of controlling and financial analysis and are comfortable working with numbers.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and can structure, prepare and analyze data (must-have).
- You create presentations and management reports confidently using Microsoft PowerPoint (must-have).
- You have a solid basic understanding of P&L, budgeting and forecasting.
- Initial experience with ERP systems or BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is desirable but not required.
- You communicate confidently in German (C1) and have good English skills (B2).
