- Lead bold communication strategies that connect with staff, residents, and key stakeholders
- Craft messages that influence, inspire, and drive change across internal, external, and digital channels.
- Collaborate with directors and partners on communications efforts.
Requirements
- Experience in strategic communications and leading teams
- Confidence in managing complex projects and building strong relationships at all levels
- High political awareness to navigate complex situations
- Strong communication skills to ensure clarity in messaging
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience.
