About the role
- Support the delivery of aims and objectives within our People Experience portfolio
- Deliver our new Target Operating Model across Adult Social Care
- Analyse and interpret performance and feedback data
- Inform decision-making and drive improvements
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
- Transform complex information into actionable insights and compelling stories
Requirements
- Proven experience in process and data management, governance and analysis
- Highly organised and solutions-focused individual
- Passion for using data and information to drive meaningful change in Adult Social Care
- Strong analytical skills with a collaborative approach
- Ability to turn complex information into clear insights that support strategic decision-making
