About the role
- Supporting a variety of administrative tasks for the Youth Support Team.
- Minute taking for highly confidential and sensitive meetings.
- Collating information prior to meetings.
- Distributing minutes via secure email.
- Updating client databases and data checks.
- Updating tracking spreadsheets using Excel.
- Dealing with telephone enquiries, taking messages and signposting to relevant teams/organisations.
- Providing a good customer service.
Requirements
- Excellent organisation and minute taking skills.
- Understanding of working in a confidential office environment.
- Strong IT and communication skills.
- Proactive and flexible approach with an ability to manage workload to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with colleagues at different levels across the organisation.
