About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Audit current marketing workflows and identify opportunities for AI integration
Design and implement AI-powered systems across content production, paid media, B2B prospecting, email automation, and analytics
Recommend, evaluate, and own AI tool stack
Collaborate with Content Manager, dev team, and executive team
Build and execute AI-assisted prospecting system targeting therapists and wellness professionals
Develop and manage LinkedIn marketing strategies
Build and manage automated messaging flows, lead tagging, list segmentation, and A/B testing
Utilize AI for audience development and creative performance analysis
Develop funnel architecture with AI-informed optimization
UTM, GTM, and GA4 tracking for performance reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in wellness, mental health, or coaching
Demonstrated ability to architect and implement AI-driven marketing systems
Proven track record using AI across at least two of the following: content production, paid media optimization, B2B prospecting and outreach, marketing automation, or analytics
Ability to evaluate and recommend AI tools independently, then execute on your recommendations
Genuine comfort with topics like mental health, neurodiversity, executive functioning, and holistic wellness
Self-directed, organized, and accountable to own outcomes, not just tasks
Strong communicator who can translate AI strategy into clear, collaborative direction for a small team
