Partnering with all area of the GGS team as appropriate to sell professional services, while delivering tactical projects with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Communicating customer expectations early and often with service teams, financial team, Director Project Management, supply chain, Operations and outsourced third party contractors to ensure minimum inventory holdings and predictability of revenues.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance or related are required; professional business experience; MBA or related Master’s degree a plus.
Proven track record of customer facing communication skills, including sale of professional service products and projects.
Experience with projects that involve internal and external stakeholders
Current PMP certification or the willingness and aptitude to obtain one within 12 months of position start date.
3-5 years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of end to end sale and delivery of professional service products and projects.
Technically competent with various software program, such as MS Project manager, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word, Smartsheet, creating Gantt charts etc.
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
Occasional travel may be required for the purpose of meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management.

Ability to understand customer requirements
Experience managing projects that involve the planning and deployment of equipment to customer locations

Ability to defuse tension among project team, should it arise;
Ability to bring project to successful completion through political sensitivity;

Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies and methodologies;
Customer service skills a large asset;
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
