About the role

  • Manage the regional service area with a focus on growth, profitability, productivity, and employee and customer satisfaction
  • Own the service budget including planning, control, and reporting
  • Lead, schedule, and continuously develop regional service staff (team size between 30–40)
  • Develop and optimize the service portfolio in line with current market and customer requirements
  • Contribute to the analysis, development, and improvement of existing service processes
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction in the region and professionally handle escalations
  • Independently lead and actively participate in internal and cross-regional projects

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or technical training with additional business qualification
  • 5–7 years of professional experience in a comparable management role
  • Technical and commercial/business knowledge
  • Leadership experience and coaching skills for field service personnel
  • Experience in project management
  • Strategic thinking, process understanding, and sound judgment
  • Strong customer orientation, negotiation skills, and excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Analytical, structured, and resilient working style with high self-motivation
  • Very good MS Office skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel regionally and across Germany
