About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive 145+ incoming calls and create happy guests
- Engage with customers via phone and email
- Call out or email to guests regularly to follow up with existing customers
- Responsible for hitting clear monthly sales goals and KPIs
- Maintain call handling expectations
- Engage in Lead Campaigns as assigned
- Engage in regular training to enhance skills
- Meet regularly with Supervisor to discuss metrics and performance
- Participate in weekly team meetings and on Teams Chats
- Rotating Saturdays required
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1 year Call Center Inbound Sales Experience
- Handling up to 145 inbound calls a month on average as well as e-mails using Globus sales protocols
- Excellent Computer skills – we use multiple systems to engage with our work and clients
- Ability to navigate through multiple computer programs throughout the day
- Excellent organization skills
- Friendly and able to connect with our customers
- Maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring customers receive accurate, timely, and quality information about the products we are supplying
- Understanding of Assumptive Close and how to take a Lead to a deposit
- Developing business relationships and fostering a spirit of cooperation with GVI departments as needed to serve the needs of customers
