About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes
  • Propose and lead initiatives to digitize operational workflows and map operational impacts prior to system changes
  • Map current processes (AS-IS) together with the involved areas
  • Design future workflows (TO-BE) with structured improvements
  • Document processes in tools (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts, playbooks)
  • Periodically review critical processes
  • Ensure new processes are standardized from the outset
  • Serve as the focal point for process-related questions
  • Manage versioning and change history
  • Monitor progress toward goals and identify deviations
  • Prepare executive reports (weekly/monthly/cascading cadences)
  • Govern the rituals for building and tracking work (OKR check-ins)
  • Structure communication channels and routines (e.g., newsletters, rituals, meetings)
  • Create alignment materials (presentations, executive summaries)
  • Ensure transparency around process changes
  • Plan and execute internal communication
  • Organize and operationalize the area's communication flows
  • Produce corporate content (e.g., emails, invites, announcements, alignment materials)
  • Participate in internal engagement actions (internal marketing, campaigns, cultural initiatives)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed
  • Experience using process modeling tools (e.g., Bizagi, Visio, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Excel or analysis tools
  • Experience with process mapping, modeling, and documentation
  • Knowledge of BPM / BPMN
  • Experience in continuous improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Ability to analyze data and define indicators (KPIs)
  • Experience gathering requirements and interfacing with business areas
  • Knowledge of project management (traditional or agile)
  • Certifications (Lean Six Sigma, CBPP, BPMN) desirable
  • Process automation (RPA, Power Automate, Pipefy, etc.) desirable
  • Strategic business perspective desirable
  • Data analysis (advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau) desirable
  • Change management desirable
  • Experience with project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) desirable
