Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields;
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking);
  • Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, performance or related areas;
  • Experience building, tracking and communicating KPIs and business metrics;
  • Ability to translate data into diagnoses, recommendations and executive presentations;
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Looker;
  • Ability to lead or participate in multidisciplinary projects, interfacing across different areas of the organization;
  • Strong analytical skills to structure problems, interpret large volumes of data and generate business recommendations;
  • Strategic mindset to identify opportunities, assess impacts and support priority setting;
  • Experience with performance indicators, analytical studies and results measurement;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages for technical and executive audiences;
  • Collaborative profile with the ability to influence stakeholders and build cross-functional alignment;
  • Autonomy, ownership mindset, organizational skills, process orientation and results-driven approach in fast-paced environments.
