About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the negotiation and distribution process of Globo’s content for B2B2C partners;
  • Manage and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders;
  • Contribute to the analysis of incentives or promotions and assist in drafting new commercial proposals;
  • Manage team requests related to Globo channel content initiatives, ensuring internal information flow;
  • Prepare reports to support management activities;
  • Gather relevant offer data and analyze opportunities and alternatives to increase distribution revenue.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of market experience, preferably in roles related to content distribution and licensing;
  • Strategic vision and analytical ability in complex contexts, flexibility, strong verbal and written communication, numerical skills, and logical reasoning;
  • Experience preparing commercial proposals, working in negotiation environments, and familiarity with contract analysis;
  • Proficiency in preparing materials and presentations;
  • Advanced English.
