About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review and propose planning and technical resource allocation processes that improve optimization and operational efficiency;
Analyze allocation data and recommend actions, as well as create and report KPIs for Content Production;
Propose optimal solutions to client needs, coordinating service delivery with partner areas within Content Production;
Suggest new formats and services for clients;
Act as a reference and facilitator for the resource allocation system and tools related to daily workflows;
Serve as a point of reference for operational information derived from indicators;
Guide and coach the operations team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in strategic management, planning, and resource allocation;
Knowledge of project management and application of Agile and Lean methodologies;
Experience in resource management;
Knowledge of data management and analysis for decision-making;
Experience monitoring KPIs and optimizing performance;
Experience managing vendors and overseeing contracts and deliveries;
Knowledge of process mapping, design, and continuous improvement;
Experience with audiovisual production workflows;
Ability to drive innovation by proposing creative solutions and continuous improvements to processes and outcomes;
Proficiency in preparing executive presentations and communicating results to diverse audiences.
