About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Structure and evolve selection funnel metrics, ensuring real-time visibility for the team, leadership and stakeholders;
- Design and maintain executive dashboards to support weekly rituals, committees and strategic reporting;
- Conduct analyses and process optimization studies, applying AI and market best practices;
- Continuously benchmark trends in Talent Acquisition, Data and AI;
- Serve as guardian of policies, SLAs and workflows for Internal and External Recruitment, ensuring adherence and consistency across the team;
- Review and improve processes, rituals and tools based on data, proposing continuous improvements and simplifications;
- Track the area’s strategic projects with internal and external stakeholders, producing status reports for leadership;
- Manage the partner portfolio and the area’s financial controls;
- Act as the primary point of contact for process questions, tool usage and policy application.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience in data analysis and visualization applied to decision-making: SQL, advanced Excel, Python or R and Power BI (or equivalents);
- Applied knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, especially generative AI, prompt engineering and the use of assistants (Copilot, Claude, among others) on a day-to-day basis;
- Ability to translate business needs into data and AI products (dashboards, automations, intelligent agents);
- Knowledge of the end-to-end Selection/Recruitment process, with familiarity with ATS and funnel metrics;
- University degree completed.
