About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the interface between the technology's client areas (Development, Support teams, Operations and business user areas), ensuring alignment of expectations, clarity of responsibilities and smooth execution of processes;
  • Map, design, document and continuously evolve business, service and technology support processes, ensuring standardization, traceability and adherence to defined guidelines;
  • Identify, understand and document the use of applications and services supported by technology teams, ensuring visibility of lifecycle, dependencies and operational impacts;
  • Prepare functional specification documents for the evolution of the ITSM tool, including definition of forms, workflows, business rules and prioritization criteria;
  • Contribute to the design and maintenance of Support Plans for major events and critical operations, ensuring risk anticipation, role definition and clarity in escalation flows;
  • Co-create, together with service leadership, technology policies, standards and guidelines, ensuring coherence between strategy, processes, tools and operational execution;
  • Produce managerial and executive-level materials and presentations, translating processes, flows and operational impacts clearly, concisely and oriented toward decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Experience with technology products and services;
  • Experience in projects implementing and improving business, service and support processes, as well as related activities;
  • Knowledge of BPMN notation and proficiency with process modeling and design tools;
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, both agile and traditional;
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices;
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
