About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the planning and narrative strategy for advertising products, ensuring consistent positioning and a clear value proposition for the market.
  • Act as the focal point for integration and governance within the product directorate, connecting different teams and ensuring cross-vertical synergy.
  • Structure and prioritize the product portfolio (linear and digital), focusing on revenue maximization, inventory synergy, and commercial efficiency.
  • Orchestrate the development of commercial narratives (storytelling), translating technical features and complex data into highly compelling value propositions for agencies and advertisers.
  • Implement and evolve governance models, workflows and SLAs across teams, ensuring end-to-end operational fluidity and efficiency.
  • Lead the area’s performance indicators (KPIs) agenda, monitoring portfolio adherence results and proposing continuous improvements.
  • Consolidate and translate data into strategic insights that guide business decisions, the development of new solutions and product prioritization.
  • Participate in the construction and monitoring of forecasts and monetization strategies.
  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team composed of specialists in narratives, data, processes and portfolio management.
  • Work in close partnership with Product, Sales Excellence, Planning & Management and Commercial areas, ensuring strategic alignment and operational agility.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience in business strategy, planning, product management, or media/advertising.
  • Experience in complex corporate environments with multiple stakeholders and strong cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Experience managing portfolios, strategic planning, or developing commercial solutions.
  • Strong analytical ability, with ease in structuring reports, analyzing data and turning it into inputs for decision-making.
  • Practical experience building complex commercial narratives and strategic product storytelling.
  • Experience designing work processes, mapping workflows (governance) and defining SLAs.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and develop people, with experience managing diverse profiles.
  • Strong knowledge of the media and advertising ecosystem (including dynamics of linear and digital markets).
  • Systems thinking: ability to integrate multiple business fronts and translate complexity into simple, actionable solutions.
  • Influence and facilitation: excellent interpersonal communication skills to navigate between corporate areas and leadership levels.
  • Analytical, results-oriented mindset: focus on revenue generation and operational efficiency.
