About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work alongside squads to support the consistent adoption of agile practices and frameworks.
- Facilitate and support agile ceremonies, contributing to team organization and growth.
- Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives, process inspection, and adaptation.
- Support teams in building habits that promote collaboration, autonomy, and value delivery.
- Monitor agile indicators and metrics to support squad progress and evolution.
- Collaborate with Agile Coaches to implement initiatives and resolve day-to-day challenges.
- Continuously learn through mentorship, exchanges with the Agility CoE, and hands-on experience.
- Contribute to consolidating agile fundamentals, promoting greater stability and predictability in squad deliveries.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or near completion in Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Analysis, or related fields.
- Knowledge of agile methodology fundamentals (Scrum, Kanban, and Lean).
- Experience with facilitation techniques (e.g., Liberating Structures, decision facilitation, productive group dynamics).
- Introductory knowledge of flow metrics (lead time, throughput, WIP).
- Regular use of tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro).
- Familiarity with explicit policy techniques.
- Understanding of Lean and continuous improvement practices.
- Certifications or introductory courses in Agile.
