About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and manage contractual balances for Globo's advertising media, ensuring the accuracy and transparency of information for clients, agencies, and internal teams;
Act as a consultative partner to the commercial team and advertisers, overseeing the full sales cycle of sponsorship projects;
Develop commercial, financial, and contractual analyses to support decision-making;
Identify risks and opportunities through analysis of data and commercial KPIs;
Ensure the integrity, currency, and reliability of commercial and contractual information databases;
Prepare analyses, presentations, and supporting materials for negotiations, commercial planning, and performance tracking;
Support business units in interpreting data and KPIs, contributing to more informed decision-making;
Identify opportunities to improve processes, indicators, and controls, strengthening governance and the quality of commercial information.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required;
Experience in Commercial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Commercial Planning, Analytics, or related areas;
Experience developing and monitoring KPIs, producing management reports, and creating executive presentations;
Experience managing commercial information, operational controls, contracts, or databases;
Advanced Excel and Power BI skills;
Knowledge of KPI management and data quality practices;
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent demands.
