About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform compositing and finishing of shots using Autodesk Flame and/or Foundry Nuke;
Execute keying, tracking and rotoscoping processes;
Build complex composites by combining multiple layers;
Apply advanced image processing, adjustment and refinement techniques;
Use artificial intelligence tools and resources to optimize workflows;
Collaborate with creative, post-production, motion design and other teams;
Participate in technical and creative reviews, proposing improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a compositor using Autodesk Flame and Foundry Nuke;
Strong command of multi-layer compositing techniques, advanced keying, 2D/3D tracking, rotoscoping and set extension;
Solid aesthetic and technical sensibility to ensure realistic integration of visual elements;
Narrative sensitivity: ability to understand what each shot needs to convey;
Familiarity with broadcast workflows and long-form post-production pipelines;
Ability to maintain quality and consistency across projects with a high volume of shots;
Portfolio demonstrating technical maturity and work on narrative/fiction projects;
Basic knowledge of video editing, cinematic storytelling, lenses and camera movement;
Knowledge of AI tools for video editing and generation.
