About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • **How your day-to-day will be:**
  • Drive consistent continuous improvement and predictability; move beyond operational execution to be intentional and data-driven.
  • Maintain a systemic view, analyze dependencies and decision impacts, act autonomously, and help teams evolve consciously.
  • Promote agile values, principles, and practices, enabling and supporting roles at the tactical and operational levels.
  • Provide strategic guidance to teams, advising agilists and program leaders on Lean-Agile practices and frameworks used at Globo and on their roles and responsibilities.
  • Apply scaled-agile techniques to help programs self-organize and reduce dependencies.
  • Track requests, ensuring alignment among stakeholders on prioritization and delivery within agreed timelines, and provide visibility across layers (from teams to executive level).
  • Introduce and advance agile concepts and practices for the teams involved.
  • Serve as an interface between the agility function and the teams you are assigned to, ensuring alignment between the agility strategy and the roadmap.
  • Interface with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and with value-stream leaders to capture and translate strategic drivers.
  • Facilitate Scrum and/or Kanban ceremonies (daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, planning, replenishment, and refinements).
  • Support teams with a focus on daily process improvements and communication with other groups.
  • Assess team motivation, resolve conflicts, provide feedback, and conduct 1:1s.
  • Act to remove impediments.
  • Collect and monitor performance and business metrics.
  • Ensure the best possible environment for team members.
  • Monitor risks and mapped technology needs (infrastructure, platform, etc.).
  • Facilitate quarterly planning ceremonies with technology and business teams (quarter planning, OKR creation, strategy review, etc.).
  • Directly support coordination and smoother flow of major themes and/or initiatives that impact the whole program (work on cross-cutting topics).
  • Orchestrate and share tactical-level portfolio management vision for the programs you support.
  • Encourage learning through internal dynamics such as workshops, meetings, and trainings, making progress tangible, evaluating and evolving the program's Lean-Agile maturity with continuous improvement actions.

  • Experience coaching and mentoring multidisciplinary teams in agile methods and practices, including Kanban and Scrum, and in applying facilitation techniques and dynamics.
  • Experience with OKRs.
  • Experience in program and product portfolio management.
  • Experience with Business Agility.
  • Knowledge of scaled agile frameworks.
  • Experience mediating conflicts.
  • Experience adopting agile practices in non-software development environments (e.g., platforms).
  • Ability to respond quickly to change.
  • Facilitation skills to help work progress.
  • Clear communication and the ability to communicate across multiple executive layers.
  • Ability to read organizational context and perform critical analysis.
  • Teaching skills and knowledge sharing.
  • **Knowledge that will make you stand out:**
  • Knowledge of Management 3.0.
  • Experience with flow and effectiveness metrics (CFD, predictability, aging).
  • Knowledge of STATIK, explicit policies, and classes of service.
  • Advanced experience with JIRA.
  • Experience with Business Agility.
  • Knowledge of Flight Levels.
  • Knowledge of the Kanban Maturity Model.
  • Knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management.
